The University of Michigan Dearborn's School of Management has recognized Plymouth Township, along with five other communities, as one of the top "eCities" for 2008. This designation is for attracting and retaining entrepreneurial companies. The study considered 36 cities/townships in 8 counties. Plymouth Township was recognized for their effort to encourage technology and research development, along with promoting the local hotel industry. |
