Plymouth Downtown Development AuthorityThe Plymouth Downtown Development Authority (DDA) was established in 1982 with the purpose of facilitating economic development in the downtown area. Infrastructure in the downtown is maintained by the DDA and they engage in marketing opportunities to promote the district. For example, on Friday evenings during the summer the DDA sponsors the popular Music in the Air concerts. The DDA web site includes information on festivals, upcoming events and has walking maps that can be printed. Their web site is located at www.downtownplymouth.org.
